Outfit of the Day – What to Wear When It’s Finally Spring

YOU GUYS. It was sunny outside today and we saw what may have been our first official glimpse at spring. So of course I had to show off my outfit…
It’s crazy how nice some great weather can make you feel amazing. Seeing the sun and feeling the warmth (and getting heat rash from the sun because my skin is hella sensitive) just instantly perks me up and makes me feel 1000% better. Warm weather also means brighter colours and less socks, so I was able to finally bring out my white denim jacket from Gap and these new yellow block heels from Aldo.
As you can tell by these photos, I was in a good mood. And my outfit was equally cute and spring-y as it was comfortable. I’m a big denim fan, so I obviously had to go denim on denim, but the wash differences help to make the outfit a bit less like a Canadian tuxedo…Also, if I’m being totally honest here, my ankles have been super sore recently, and I’m basically living in sneakers, so I really only put these heels on for the outfit photos…I know, I’m a fraud. Sue me.
